                        racist. He then stated that the next interaction he had with
                        an officer he would take matters into his own hands and that
                        he would have help taking police officers out of the
                        country. He did not give his name and disconnected the call
                        prior to obtaining any more information. The phone number
                        was not in house. This log will be forwarded to the WPD
                        Detective Unit for further investigation.
