                        gel balls at kids as part of a "Splat Gun" or "Orbeez Gel
                        Challenge"; no plate given. This nationwide TicToc
                        challenge involves gel balls sprayed from air soft guns,
                        water guns and sometimes real guns, often resulting in
                        injury.
