On Wednesday April, 13, 2022 I took a phone call from a
with Lutheran Servies in Florida. This agency
had been appointed a legal Guardian for an elderly female
who had previously resided Winthrop, MA prior to entering a
long term care facility in Florida. According this
female still retained ownership of real estate in Winthrop.
A recent search performed by the guardian revealed that that
real estate has been sold, with the female patient's name
allegedly forged on the deed and other documents. See
